Platinum Care All is a valet trash company based in Nashville, Tennessee. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to all of our clients. PCA discovered a need for valet trash through observing garbage left in communities' breeze ways and hallways. During time of inclement weather, garbage was overflowing from the dumpsters leaving excessive garbage on the ground around dumpsters. PCA discovered that a valet trash service would not only add value to the residents in the multi-family communities but would also cut cost and enhance the grounds presentation for residents and management. From a resident's standpoint, PCA becomes a perk of living in the community. Residents depends on us to touch every doorstep, every night.

How does valet trash work?
Valet trash is a doorstep trash pickup service. Standard
size trash containers are provided for residents to use in their homes (as well as for their valet trash service). Residents will be responsible for placing their trash in the provided containers and placing the container outside their door during designated hours. At an agreed time, our employees will come by and collect trash that has been placed out for collection. Residents will then be responsible for bringing their container back inside their residence.
How much does valet trash cost?
PCA will work with community management to implement a service and cost that fits. Our service cost is based on the
number of units at each property. We charge a standard per unit rate. The complex owner or management team can also earn residual income just by using our service! We are able to customize a service plan that works best for each individual apartment community.
